Last year Darwin Middle School embraced this revolution, adding Arts to their STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) subjects, equipping students to think more laterally.

n 2007 we created the Darwin Middle School brand, n 2007 we created the Darwin Middle School brand, designed to complement the natural surrounds of the cliffs and seaviews at Darwin’s Bullocky Point. Our inspiration behind the symbol came from the intriguing, circular shaped shell of the many ammonite fossils seen around the shoreline beneath the cliffs. The brand materials visually express the positioning of the School’s environmental values, by incorporating other natural themed elements such as driftwood, sand, shells and water harmonised with an earthy colour palette. The consistent use of the brand guidelines over the past 12 years has successfully differentiated the School from others, achieving the end goal of community recognition. #firstclasscomms_steam #brandstories
