Planning this milestone event for legendary landscaping business Gimbells, held in the tropical gardens of Pee Wee’s at the Point, was an incredible journey.
With so much history to cover, we shared their story through a commemorative timeline brochure and an event film. The narrative started with founder Russell (Rusty) McWilliam’s humble beginnings and followed his two sons as they took over and expanded the business into its flagship status. To enhance the memorable atmosphere, Rusty was beamed in via Skype, which created a special element of surprise for the guests.
Our comprehensive event planning included selecting the venue, catering, managing the guest list, organising the schedule, creating gift packages, handling AV, and designing a theme that complemented the amazing Fannie Bay sunset.
